BIO

Kelly’s practice focuses on assisting both legal departments of large corporations as well as emerging companies in a general counsel capacity. Her practice focuses on all types of contracts. She has practiced since 1999, initially in Florida and then New York City and now in the Seattle, Washington area. 

 

Before founding her own practice, she was a Corporate and Securities Associate at Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm with more than 2,000 attorneys.  She then went in-house spending 7 years as Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary to public company Spherion Corporation (SFN) (now known as Randstad – the second largest staffing and recruitment company in the world). She also practiced in New York City at the boutique corporate law firm of Edmonds & Co. as well as worked in-house for The Children’s Place.
